Jan O'Dell, D.S.S. was inducted into our Rotary. She is shown here with her husband Jim. President John Caldwell announced that City Assistant Manager and City Treasurer Cindy Russell was our Rotary Business Person of the Year. City Community Services Director Karen Crocker gave an overview and history of the development of the new Los Rios Park. Councilman and Rotarian Tom Hribar talked about the evolution of the park.
